I have found it to be quite odd that every time I make a reservation here through open table we are always seated in terrible tables. This last time I had to asked to be moved. We were seated at the very back in a corner table next to a service station.

Travis did a great job, we went at 5:15 which may have not been the best time to go as we didn’t get to try all the meats they had to offer. By the time 6:30 rolled around it was very busy and meats we hadn’t seen nor tried finally started to roll out. He did his best to come out and check on us and get us what we needed but cooking time of course was against us. The card option did not really work as they kept brining more meats to us and some of the cuts were not good but we hate to waste food so we ate it even though we said no. I really tried to stick with eating what I liked but it was easier said than done. Overall it was a great birthday dinner for my husband and a place we’ve never been to before. The experience was great. We did have cold mashed potatoes the entire time we were there. They brought them one time and didn’t come back till we were 1 hour in to ask if we wanted fresh ones. I didn’t know it was an option to get more earlier. I’ll know for when we return. This is definitely a special occasion restaurant for sure.

Food variety was minimal, asked for something specific and it took 20+ minutes and multiple times to ask for that item, salad was watery to the point the dressing didn’t stay on the lettuce. Meat did not have much seasoning or flavor. The servers complained about getting yelled at by the manager near our table without any care. Have had much better service elsewhere.

My last experience here was good. I’m assuming since it was Valentine’s Day that is why my experience was not best. Very loud, food felt like it was “pumped out” all night.
