   We went for my daughter’s 16th birthday. I noted that in the reservation and we notified the waitstaff. It was not acknowledged during dinner. We also didn’t get the opportunity for at least 5 of the meats. The restaurant also had a very restroom-like smell. It was not our normal experience. We love the Houston location and this wasn’t like that.

   We’re visiting PR for my little brother’s birthday and I suggested Fogo de Chao for his birthday dinner cause I’ve been going to the one in Short Pump, Virginia since it opened. We walked in, place was busy so we prepared ourselves to wait a little longer that the usual dinner times. As soon as we got sat, server asked us for our drinks but we say just water since we had some cocktails and wine at the bar while waiting for a table. She seemed upset and made a rude face when my brother decided to keep looking at the menu instead of ordering right away. She came back few minutes later and i ordered the grilled salmon with asparagus. 20 min after we’re already eating from the market table without any water or our server to be found. Had to ask the HOST that happened to be walking by our table and he nicely brought us glasses of water. 40 min and I’m still waiting for the salmon wishing someone would tell me the status. At this point we felt totally ignored by our server… she was talking and taking care of the rest of the people around but us. We don’t know what happened cause suddenly we got another server asking us if we needed anything; I ask for the status of my salmon and she said it was on the way. But it wasn’t until another 15 min that i finally got it by someone who literally let the plate drop in front of me without any care or manners. But again we understood they were busy so nobody made a big deal out of it. At this time we were trying to get some water for the second time but again we felt like we were being ignored. So I asked to talk to the manager. Victor apologized for everything and promised my brother to take care of his drink and also a complementary dessert for his birthday. 20 min after we we’re still waiting for that drink and the dessert. At this point all we wanted was to leave so we ask for the bill. I was being charged twice for the salmon and the market table and a mineral water we didn’t order… I asked the server to call the manager Vi

   Excellent food as usual, particularly the picanha. Service becomes really challenged once the restaurant is over 50% capacity. Juices and water took 15 minutes longer to arrive than the food. Is not something new and it seems surprising that they can’t deal with it

   This was my daughter and I first experience at a Brazilian Restaurant and Christian made it a priority to make it memorable. He explained how the meats would be delivered, recommended a wine and checked on us to ensure our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend!

   A lot of the steaks were either too raw or over cooked, not even middle rare or burned outside. Also we waited 50 before we got our seat( made a reservation a week ago) you guys definitely over booked so please fix this issue.

   Had to wait in line for awhile to get plates. Disappointing for high end Brazilian steakhouse.

   Thanksgiving dinner. They charged full price and didn’t have all of the items on their main menu. Was also chaotic with plates not available and servers not promptly bringing the meat to the tables. They did try - but not worth it. $59.50 for adults with no appetizers and no dessert.
