Los meseros no llegaban con las espadas, fueron muy pocas veces las que nos visitaron a pesar de que la señal estaba en verde. Pedimos complementos que nunca nos llegaron, la sección donde estaba la mesa está muy escondida. Las bebidas tampoco llegaron a tiempo y no se ofreció pan. En general fue un pésimo servicio.

Went here for New Years Eve dinner as we do annually, never fails to satisfy! Absolutely delicious food, amazing drink selection, and outstanding service even on a packed night. I’ve never left here unsatisfied with my experience in any capacity. So much delicious food! So many choices! Always a unique experience. Don’t hesitate to try this place out, you will not be dissatisfied.

Worst New Year’s Eve dinner experience! packed restaurant understandably that was nice but the waiter could not hear anything. We said everything we said got confused. Never brought one of our meals originally order the same time as the other three persons meals never told it would be late.

Ordered the “experience” for $70 - supposed to get 8 different selections and barely half were presented. Complete disappointment from beginning to end. Very manic and chaotic setting with very poor presentation unfortunately

I honestly think our server was new and did not understand how to waiter yet. We’ve been here many times and had great service. We just got unlucky this time.

Today, my family of 12 celebrated Christmas dinner a day late at Fogo de Chão, and I felt compelled to share our wonderful experience. While several staff members assisted us throughout the evening, one exceptional individual truly stood out: Monica. Monica was more than just a waitress—she was an absolute gem. Her kindness and patience made us feel like we were guests in her own home. She interacted with us in such a genuine and thoughtful way, going above and beyond to ensure our evening was memorable. At one point, we asked if she could take a group photo for us. Not only did she gladly agree, but she first took the initiative to clear our plates, ensuring everything looked perfect. She then patiently took photos of us in multiple spots around the restaurant, making sure we had options to choose from. As a business owner myself, I can confidently say Monica exemplifies the ideal employee—someone who goes the extra mile with a smile and treats every guest with care and respect. Her dedication and warmth deserve recognition, and I sincerely hope her efforts don’t go unnoticed. Thank you, Monica, for making our family gathering even more special. You’re a beautiful soul, and a true credit to Fogo de Chão!

It’s one of my fav restaurant but I was disappointed. Given it was a busy day but I didn’t get a discount so I paid full price and the food should have been available. The buffet was mostly ravaged and empty. It wasn’t being restocked very well or at all. It was messy. I had very little meat offered to me mostly picante that I turned down repeatedly. Easter was a much better experience. Christmas was not it. At all.
