What a nightmare of an experience for a Thanksgiving dinner. Our table was left without any service. The tables near us were being served and proceeded food, while our table got nothing. I asked to speak to a manager 4 times and waited another 20 minutes before getting any assistance; then a manager didn’t come. Absolute horrible experience for my family and guests that were with me. It got so bad that my server stopped coming over because, presumably, she was tired of hearing me ask to be served and me showing her how all the tables around me had plenty of food, while my kids plates were empty and clean. What little food we got was good, but the service and the management (or management representative) response was equally lacking. We have went to this restaurant every Thanksgiving for years, but based on this years service - it’s the last.

It was our one year anniversary and we were greeted warmly and given so much kind service. The food was amazing and everyone was very professional. They treated us with a beautiful dessert for free. We will definitely be back next year!

We had a nice dinner. Some of the beef was really tough and the roasted chicken that I had was so crispy it was brittle.

Food was great when they came around! Timing sucked! It took 20 minutes to get water, cocktails! Not acceptable in prime dinning hours! Had to involve the manger twice to have the the cuts of meats brought to the table! Very disappointing! Don't let them seat you in the back of the room as you will be forgotten about at the Plano location!!!!! Second time I have experienced poor service at this location! Think I'll stick with the location in Addison! The manager gave me his card on the way out of the restaurant once we paid the bill! I wish he would have directed his staff to be more attendant while we were trying to enjoy dinner!

Will not be back. Food and service was horrible and I loooooovvvveeee Brazilian Steakhouses. Upset that so much money was spent on our Anniversary for this date night. Our Waitress was VERY NICE but she had way too many tables to attend to, this caused for slow service and requests not being fulfilled (she was definitely working hard though. They Shouldn’t be responsible for that many tables). We Kept requesting medium well meat, and they kept bringing everything BUT that.

We eat here regularly for the last two years. Never have I had a bad experience . Today I had lunch with my boys here at Fogo in Plano ,Farah and Mohamed were so polite and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Thanks for the wonderful care given to us. Forever repeat customers!”

Service were timely and pleasant. Enjoyed the details that our server, Leo gave us about the experience. Lots of choices from the market bar and the all day happy hour was exceptional.
