This is my third time eating here. The first 2 times were amazing. This time around didn’t live up to the first 2. Perhaps it was just too busy. But we didn’t receive the wonderful service as we normally expect. A little disappointed

Overall, an awesome Brazilian steakhouse experience, the food and service was amazing. The cheesecake Brûlée is a must have! I would definitely recommend and return.

Food was amazing, unfortunately we booked a table for 7:45pm, we arrived at this time to be told they were busy and we’d just have to wait a while on our table, no apology, just an expectation. We were eventually seated about 8:20pm, not sure why bookings are accepted but then you have a significant wait on a table, spoiled the overall experience as we were then eating later than we had wanted to.

The overall experience could've been salvaged if they hadn't sat us so close to the windy entrance that we couldn't enjoy our meals due to our meals going cold. Total disappointment.

Unfortunately we were put in the bask room and barely anyone came by. We were offered less than 50% of the rotisserie items on the menu.
