   Not only was our reservation an hour and a half late. Once we were seated, we were 100% ignored for the first 30 to 40 minutes. We had to ask for things multiple times or wave someone down to even acknowledge we were there. We asked for pineapple twice waited an hour never came around then asked a manager for the third time and 35 minutes later we finally got it. To top it off my boys had told OpenTable when they made the reservations as well as when we were seated that it was my birthday. Four tables around us were celebrated by their birthday with a free dessert and a very nice happy birthday from the staff. As for me, I was completely ignored. This was not our first time there, but it will definitely be our last time. Very disappointed.

   Despite having a 7 PM reservation, we waited nearly an hour to be seated. The chaos at the entrance made it clear there was absolutely no structure or organization when it came to seating guests. What’s the point of a reservation if it isn’t honored? When we were finally seated, we headed to the salad and buffet bar only to find it looking like an absolute warzone. Most of the offerings were depleted, and what little remained was far from fresh. It was a sad, unappetizing sight that completely missed the mark for a restaurant of this caliber. We had opted for the churrasco experience, but it fell laughably short of expectations. We didn’t even get a full round of the meats, which is supposed to be the main attraction. Instead, we were left feeling like we had paid for an experience we didn’t receive. The only saving grace of the evening was the service staff, who were clearly doing their best despite being overwhelmed by the complete lack of organization. They deserve better management and a system that allows them to do their jobs effectively.

   Our reservation was for 7. We were finally sat at 7:54. Not sure how a restaurant can overbook like that. Either tell the new reservation/ walk-in that you’re booked solid or don’t bother with reservations and just do walk in seating. Also because it was so packed the red meat was taken quite quickly so we had to wait a lot for our preferred cuts of meat.

   My family and I went to the lone tree location to celebrate a couple birthdays. The food was fabulous and our waiter. Philip was outstanding. he made sure we had the best dining experience possible. One of our meat carvers Jerome was also very attentive his personality really made our experience fun. Philip even surprised us with a complementary dessert since we were celebrating a birthday event I would highly recommend this location for any location. My family and I will definitely be back .Shout out to the manager on duty that evening, he really knows his business. Thank you Fogo de Chão for a memorable evening.

   The service was terrible and they never brought out all the meats listed on the menu. It’s took 45 minutes for them to serve us drinks. It was a horrible experience

   We had to wait about 20 minutes past our reservation time after arriving 15 minutes prior to be seated. after being seated we almost always had to ask for a meat to come to the table as it was not offered. If we ever needed water or more rolls we also usually had to ask. At the end of the night my daughter wanted one more meat and we waited for 30 minutes only for them to tell us they were out after being told it was being worked on multiple times. We will definitely not come back to this location

    This is my favorite place. Usually come in once a month to either location. Last night was crazy. Got there on time for my parties reservation and still had to wait 40 minutes until we were sat. Our service were so slammed that we waited awhile for drinks. Had to ask multiple times for the same things and refills on water took like 40 minutes. Not sure what was different with staff but this was the worst experience with new guest and it didn’t meet the expectation I set with my past experiences.
