   Lots of options specially you go on weekend. You can ask for special cut of meat and how you want it done so they tailor to your request. Very festive and manager Hoa is amazing !

   This place has been going downhill for years. Waiters are not attentive, gauchos not careful when serving meat. In addition, managers not taking care of customers. On this visit, a Gaucho pushed the meat down with force, causing the piece of meat splash grease into my pants. The manager was notified but only offered to dry clean pants, which the grease will not come out. He did not even try to comp my meal in order to compensate the cost of my pants that are ruined. Will never go back to this location.

   Overall, a disappointing experience. We went there for our family Christmas dinner for a family of 10 at 5:30 PM. We arrived at our table was not ready. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant, but we had to wait for them to set up a table. Then the waiter appeared to be on his very first day on the job.  The waiter had to come back and ask for a drink order three separate times and brought it out an individual items over 30 minutes. Some drinks didn’t come until after food. Cold buffet was OK. The meat selections were nice, but you could not hear the type of meat that was being served so it really ruins the holiday experience. . At $64 per person this was a huge expense for our family and I would never go back.

   One of my favorite restaurants. I’ve been doing to the Addison Fogo de Chão for 24 years. The service and food is always exceptional.

   We have had many family experiences at Fogo, unfortunately this was not a great one. We were sat near a room that wasn’t in use and it was freezing! We had to ask for fresh rolls 4 times before they were delivered. Many of the meat options were tuff and fatty.
