   First experience at Fogo de Chao and it was so incredibly worth it!!! Valmor was so hospitable and made us feel welcome as soon as we sat. always made sure our glasses and plates were full :D. All the workers carrying around the meat were also extremely friendly and ready whenever you were! 10/10, can't wait to visit again.

   I went because they had a special 39 dollar deal , the catch. you don't get the top cuts of meats that come out the kitchen, I guess it was ok if you just want all you can eat Buffet.

   Every time it’s busy at the downtown Fogo, meats do not come around appropriately. We often see the servers with full spits of meat going to other tables near us, but not ours. We paid the full price for all meat and buffet, and did NOT get served filet, ribeye, or lamb chops once! I will never go back to downtown Fogo. Terrible value.

   My group of 4 arrived early for an 8pm reservation and were not seated until 835pm. There was no order to the check-in process with everyone crowding the host stand and spilling out the door onto the sidewalk with no direction from the staff.

   Last time was great. This time - not so much, Food was good. Guys cutting meat were fast. Beyond that, service was poor. Staff barrelled through the restaurant expecting you to step out of their way even when they were empty handed. Twice, as I was reaching to serve myself for the salad bar a staff member removed the serving dish and walked away to fill it up, as if I wasn’t there. Waiter taking order was inattentive and unfriendly. Never asked if we wanted a second cocktail because HE NEVER CAME BACK. Asked for coffee from a different server - took her 20 minutes and it arrived cool with grounds floating in it. Had an upset stomach since an hour past eating and it’s 12 hours later. The valet was lovely - he was the most professional of everyone we encountered. We were a table of four and we all noticed. I doubt I’d return after spending a night on the toilet.
