   I didn’t enjoy the steak. I usually prefer it well-done, but here, well-done cut means burnt and overly chewy. I think the experience is overpriced for $67 person.

   The full churrasco experience was great as always, but the beef ribs and also the cheese with honey were exceptional! The meat from the beef ribs literally melts in your mouth! That’s serious barbecue. I can’t wait to go back!

   Our experience on Veteran's Day at the restaurant left much to be desired, starting with the confusion surrounding reservations. It’s difficult to understand why reservations were necessary when the dining policy seemed to be first come, first served. Despite having a reservation, we found ourselves waiting nearly an hour for a table. The staff at the check-in desk appeared overwhelmed and unprofessional, often getting sidetracked in conversation while customers awaited assistance. Their lack of communication about wait times only added to our frustration. Once we were finally seated, it became evident that our experience would not improve significantly. The decision to seat us at the bar—which was almost empty—seemed counterproductive, as they chose to keep many patrons waiting for tables in the dining room. While the ambiance at the bar might have started out pleasant enough, the service soon deteriorated. One of our meals, ordered for a guest who doesn’t eat meat, took an absurd half hour to arrive. Furthermore, the lack of attention to detail was glaring when it came to refilling side dishes. I made two requests for refills on bread and mashed potatoes, each time facing the same response: our waitress would wander off, only to be seen chatting with colleagues instead of attending to our needs. The culmination of our disappointing service came when an incident involving our meat-eating friend revealed an alarming lack of care. Instead of a proper portion, the server presented me with a plate consisting solely of fatty leftovers, which was unappetizing and not what one would expect from a respectable establishment. Based on this experience, we have collectively decided that both the Lynnwood and Bellevue locations are not worth revisiting. The consistent issues we faced stemmed from an apparent lack of training and commitment among the staff, leaving us disillusioned and eager to seek dining experiences elsewhere.

   Disrespectful, the are taking my plate without asking if I’m finish , but the most disrespectful think was when the add the tip without my concert , they don’t even give me the option to sign , just because, and we are talking in a table of 3 people , discussing service , discriminations service , horrible , they ruin my husband birthday, for sure never come back again . If I can qualify -0 I will .

   We’ve been here before for special occasions, but this time was disappointing. It was a Saturday evening around 5:45. It can be difficult with staffing issues, but there were multiple issues. It did get better throughout the meal (mostly) but not a great experience. We got seated and it was at least 10 minutes before a server got to our table and he was clearly frazzled and said he was the only server in the area. We couldn’t get water for another 10 minutes. Drinks that we ordered came another 20 minutes later. They were out of mashed potatoes and bread and we didn’t get some until more than halfway through the meal. It was challenging to get refills of water and never got a refill of lemonade. I know the staff were working hard and it wasn’t their fault, but it made for a disappointing birthday dinner. The food was good, but difficult to get some of the cuts.

   The quality of the food has come down gradually over time. Our server was very efficient and cordial, but we had to repeatedly ask for filet and beef ribs, but only chicken and sausage was coming our way.

   Really disappointed in this place. We made a reso for 8:15 and didn’t get seated until nearly 8:45. There was a lot of people waiting with the same issue. If you can’t handle the amount of people then do not oversell your reservation bookings. I have NEVER been to a restaurant where I’m seated over 30mins after reso then what’s the point of making the reservation? I also found that that came around with the better cuts very seldomly.

    Our table was in a corner and they walked around to all the tables beside us and then skip us. Very disappointed in the service during the lunch. I’ve been before in dinner hours and had a great experience but would never go for lunch again.
