   I have been a frequent patron of Fogo de Chão, often choosing it for special occasions and birthdays due to its consistently excellent food and vibrant atmosphere. However, my recent visit to the Atlanta location was deeply disappointing. Upon arrival, we were seated at a table adjacent to a column, which isolated us from the main dining area. This placement not only hindered our interaction with the gauchos but also exposed us to staff conversations that were, at times, inappropriate for guests to overhear. The state of the restrooms was appalling, reminiscent of poorly maintained gas station facilities. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and this fell far short. Throughout the evening, service was inconsistent. Despite the restaurant’s churrasco style, where a variety of meats are continuously offered, we found ourselves limited to just three options for most of the night. Only after multiple requests did we receive a broader selection, but this took an additional 20 minutes. Considering the premium pricing, this experience was unacceptable. I hope Fogo de Chão addresses these issues to maintain the high standards that loyal customers have come to expect.

   The service and food are consistently top-notch. We love the market table so much we don’t bother with the bananas and polenta. Lola’s always convivial and professional. Fogo is a treat during the week when it’s not as crowded.

   Fogo is always a great idea. My son and I go often and it’s even better because the little ones eat for free.

   Well seated, as requested. Service was very good for the most part. Several rookies assisted our main server. Greeted by management and senior servers who came by to say hello to a group of regulars. Our table was mostly handled by the aforementioned rookies. They were not sure what they were serving when asked. Bar bites were just that. Very tiny servings of bites except for sliders. They were great. Steak wrapped with bacon was cut into half bites, no chicken bites at all. Empanada bites were good. Our drinks were mostly ice and limes, very little mix in glasses. Justin and Brianna are to be commended for their professionalism.
