Join us for a relaxed yet refined communal dining experience that pairs the flavors of the season with the exceptional wines of Chappellet. Each course is designed to bring out the unique character of these Napa Valley favorites, creating a meal that’s both delicious and memorable. The Chappellet Wine Dinner will take place at FLINT by Baltaire from 6:00-9:00pm. A non-refundable $75 deposit per guest is required to secure your reservation, charged at the time of booking and applied to your final bill. We look forward to hosting you!

The service was very slow, dirty dishes were left on our table for 20+ minutes between courses, had to wait a long time to order a beer because we weren't being checked up on often. Also, one item came out with different ingredients than described on the menu.

While the restaurant had a nice ambience and there wasn’t anything necessarily bad about it, there also wasn’t anything impressive that stood out to me. Our tab was about $200 for two people and it was food I felt I can make at home. French fries were very dry and not fresh. The salad was a basic salad and my $20 drink was Just a basic tequila with a mixer. We also waited for our waiter for a while initially. He was very nice but perhaps they were short staffed. Overall, it was an ok experience, but not memorable enough for us to go back a second time.

Such a nice rooftop bar! Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting town. Happy hour prices are super reasonable. Can't wait to come back to try the food!

Two of our food orders were overcooked and burned. Also, simple modifications to a pizza could not be accommodated by the kitchen (adding chicken to a margarita).

Five stars across the board from the food and service to the ambiance. What a wonderful evening from the moment we arrived until we left. We were there celebrating my wife’s birthday and had a wonderful family celebration. Everyone made it very special. There are very few restaurants I can rate this high. I’m glad this was one. Everything was delicious and we look to dining at Flint by Baltaire again.

I received a gift card to Flint for Christmas and my husband and I used it as a date night. We were pushed to use valet parking because finding the parking garage at that location was going to take time. Fortunately, valet parking was right at the door. The ambience was night: we were seated on a patio that was enclosed with an open roof. It was a little chilly and we asked about the space heater next to the table--the hostess said that they could turn it on but no one ever did. Our server was soft-spoken but very attentive, arriving at just the right time to answer questions, take orders, refill drinks, and close us out. The food menu was an eclectic mix, and our choices were satisfactory, but not worth the prices and not worth a second visit.
