   We had made reservations 3 weeks prior to Valentine's Day for 4 people. We were very excited to try the champagne, oysters and caviar. However when we arrive at 6:30, we were told the kitchen is closed because of large party events. We were also asked, "didn't someone call you"? But no one had and here it is Valentine's Day so really no where else to go. So we had champagne and nothing to eat. However kept seeing food delivered to two large parties and even a two top. This was extremely disappointing. Probably will never go back.

   Fizz is my Happiest Place on earth. The champagne selection is mind blowing, food is delicious and the team is beyond knowledgeable and so professional. Love Andrea and Raymond James. Great spot! Highly suggest stopping in.

   The good: the wines The bad: service was very slow & disorganized. We ordered a charcuterie plate that never arrived. Also, very hard sell on the wine club. Better service would have helped to convince us to sign up for the wine club.

   My husband and I started at Fizz before our dinner reservations next door, and I also picked up my monthly club bottle. The complimentary flights that were served to my husband I were lovely, and the ambiance and atmosphere were calm and relaxing. The overall aesthetic of the space had a very calming effect on us. Since it was my birthday, I received a wonderful discount on any bottle! I walked away very happy! I told a few girlfriends about this place, and we will return soon.

   It was our first visit to Fizz and it was a great experience. We loved the decor a nice feel for drinking bubbles. Offered several flights and had the Rose all Day and the Baller with the caviar yummy. A great place for a girls night out as well. Looking forward to going back . 5 stars

   We were excited to go to Fizz having heard all about it on the Diablo Dish. The ambiance was great, we felt like we were in a Bar in France, and, comfortable. Andreas, our Server, was very friendly and knowledgeable. We don't drink a lot of Champagne, but we very much enjoyed our Tasting and learned a couple things, also, the Food was more than I expected and our appetizer was great. I would say as an fyi, it is pricey and they do oversell their Memberships a bit. We plan to go back and try more.

   The place had a nice ambiance and we tried the “Around the World” flight and some appetizers. I would recommend this place for the champagne lovers out there.

   Impressive selection of champagnes and a relatively small food menu. It's a fairly small place but bright and sorta minimalist. Comfy seats to hang out in. Service was OK (we had to ask for water a couple times and ask for refills). The champagne flights were nice (3 small pours) and we got nice explanations about the houses and the champagnes themselves. The cheese board was quite tasty with 3 types of cheeses and some smaller sides (olives, fruit, jam, etc.). We didn't get any explanation about the cheeses though, or even what type of cheese they were. Unsurprisingly it was pretty expensive for 2 flights and the cheese board, but the quality all around was quite good. Definitely a nice place to get good champagne if you're feeling like splurging on something light to eat & drink.

    Raymond James, Fizz’s owner, is so very knowledgeable about all of the various champagnes he carries. It’s truly a beautiful tasting experience as the interior of the tasting room is serene and elevated in style and design.
