   Was expecting a little more than what I saw in pictures. There wasn’t a lot of food options, the view in the pictures were different versus in person. The view was in a parking lot.

   I don’t take time to write reviews but having family to visit in town to experience a nice brunch in LA it was very disappointing and beyond overpriced even for LA for the quality of food, which was not good. Food was not seasoned well for the Benedict and the meat was so tough in the surf and turf omelette it had to be sent back and taken off the bill. The manager was not accommodating for our pre-reserved part of 8 and tried to put us at a table that didn’t fit all of us then proceeded to seat us in benches under direct sunlight with no ask regarding shading when we later found out they had large umbrellas to use for shading the picnic benches. For a Hilton there should be a level of standard and this was not it, tourist area or not.

   Food and ambiance was great. However it took 20 minutes for our waiter to return to just take our drink order. Over all we had a decent experience but wished we had better service otherwise we would’ve stayed longer

   I was excited to come here for a date night however I felt like there lacked consistency in the food, the table next to us ordered the lamb lollipops and they had 4 on their plate however when we ordered ours, only 3 were on our plate so I’m a bit confused and disappointed in the lack of consistency of food portions. The espresso martini flight was great but wished it had some festive flavors like peppermint and gingerbread instead of them all essentially being the same just different liquor mixes, felt like a missed opportunity there. Overall had a great time and the mushroom truffle flatbread and drunken noodles were fantastic!

    a solid C. i'm assuming the Five in Five on the Hill is out of 10. if you still watch American Idol, this is YOUR SPOT.
