   We always love Firebirds but last night was a disappointment. The gum chewing waitress was unprofessional. We had to ask for bread. We asked for salad to be bought out first but it was delivered moments before the entrees arrived so was abandoned. The ribeye (always my husband's favorite) was so stringy he left a large portion of it unfinished. His second glass of wine took so long ito arrive that it didn't get finished before we left. Had this been our first experience with Firebirds, we probably wouldn't go back. But, we hope it was an anomaly and not a trend.

   Dinner last night was excellent. Not only was the food delicious and prepared beautifully, our server Kat was very nice and friendly and made our experience even better. Would ask for her again next time we dine in!

   We had a wonderful meal on Veterans Day. They offer the best deal to veterans. We thank you for the support that we have received down through the years. The food at this establishment is AWESOME. I’ve never received a bad dish. The services is great as well.

   The food was very good....creative tastes. The white sangria was a wonderful suggestion. The chicken with balsamic sauce was delicious and my husband had the salmon with shrimp. The tortilla soup was tasty though thick, unusual. The house salad had a unique dressing and delish. The hostesses, though one heck of a busy day -- Veterans Day, was calm, cool, collected and seated customers in a timely fashion--we had reservations. Others with no reservations were informed that they will try to do their best in seating them, though as tables clear, they will be prompt. I was highly impressed in their demeanor. However, the waiter was a bit "busy"--we didnt have water, until we asked; there was no silverware, until we asked. There were other waiters acknowledging service members for their support though the military, ours never said anything (27yrs of service). The energy of the wait staff was high and others most pleasant. When asked for assistance from other staff, they assisted in such a professional manner & most friendly, considering we were NOT their table. I guess our waiter was just having a bad day....as mentioned we will return.   I was surprised that Open Table would inquire whether our reservations were for a "special occasion", as I stated yes, we were celebrating our 52nd wedding anniversary, but no congratulations were expressed. Not much of a concern, but why ask?? As for a return visit--yes.

   Even with an extremely busy Veteran's Day special event, Fire Bird's was very organized and customer service was excellent. We had the Grilled Shrimp and Strawberry salad which is our favorite choice on the menu.

   Our reservation was honored within 15 minutes during an extremely busy Veterans Day where veterans ate for free. The service by Octavias was outstanding and the food, from appetizers to entrees was to write home about. The manager, Kat made several appearances and rewarded our table of 4 with a complimentary bottle of wine. All in all, a wonderful dining experience.

   Took Hubby for Veterans Day and it was very busy at 3:00 PM. But the buzz of the restaurant felt electric. We got a booth and it was comfortable and we never felt rushed. We ordered the Ribeye steaks with baked potatoes and Caesar Salad. The steaks were so flavorful and the potatoes were light and fluffy - perfectly baked! We had the Best server, CJ! He was friendly, knowledgeable and checked on us very timely! Kat the manager stopped by the table to see if we were enjoying our meals! She is awesome!

    Our server, Matt was phenomenal! Even though our food took a little while (it was very busy), he kept us informed and made us feel like a priority. Also my steak was cooked to perfection! Thank you for a great experience in spite of it being a very busy afternoon.
