    Restaurant was VERY cold. Food was good, but because restaurant was crowded, service was slow. We were seated at 5:00 pm and did not receive our food until 6:00 pm. Waitress was excellent!

    Love the consistent good food/service/value Firebirds offers. Wish they would open one closer to the Wilson area! I love their creative salads and the combination meals. Steaks and seafood were cooked to perfection. Service was five star. The restaurant was cold due to the door opening all night but I’m old and don’t like eating with my coat on. I also need to read the description of ingredients better because the red onion was overpowering in one salad and I forgot to ask for dressing on the side and it was overdressed. Again, I’m old and fussy. They always accommodate graciously when asked…I just forgot. Please come to Wilson! We are having a revival and need you to get us started!

    We arrived at 6:30 for a 6:45 Table reservation. We were not seated until 7:05. When I queried at 6:50, I was told that 6:30 reservations were still being accommodated. This was no big issue, but I began to feel frustrated when so many 6:30 reservations were being seated before us after arriving late. Otherwise, everything went very well after being seated. This experience will not deter me from considering a future reservation.

    GREAT ENERGY on a busy NEW YEARS DAY. Always happy to see a restaurant busy as that is a good sign of the establishments reputation. As a Firebirds regular, we should have known better than to visit for dinner on a holiday. Our service was almost non-existent as our server appeared slammed. An ill-behaved young child in the booth behind us made conversation for our party of 4 non-existent. But most important, the KITCHEN delivered VERY WELL! All of our meals were DELICIOUS and served HOT as expected.

    The general service was below average, I was under the impression that the waitress had no interest in working. I ordered a 9oz filet with blue cheese and a loaded bake potato. This meal put a new meaning on charge more for less food. They skimped on everything! I’ve been to their Ashburn, VA location countless times and never experienced this.
