   We went to celebrate my husbands birthday with friends and family. Our server was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the food was delicious!!! We will definitely be back!!

   I received several notifications about this place and took my wife there for date night. Not a great experience. Several things didn’t go well. To start, when you make a reservation you naturally expect to be seated at or near the time, right? We waited and noticed several parties of the same size (without reservations) seated. I went twice to the front stand and was told (twice) that they were clearing a table. Upon finally being seated, the table was wet and the silverware was dirty. The server arrived over 5 minutes later and apologized for the delays. We ordered drinks and appetizers, and after another short delay she returned to tell us that the specialty drinks we ordered weren’t available, despite being shown on the menu. We adjusted the drink order, selecting entrees and sides. After more delay and apologies from the server, the entrees were delivered just after the appetizers arrived. The delivery was a mess. We shared our disappointment with the server and requested to-go boxes. A manager arrived, joked about the situation and offered to comp the appetizer. She blamed the server for the order error and acknowledged that the restaurant hadn’t provided the best experience for us. The manager offered to box our food yet did not return. The server finally brought the to-go boxes and the bill (minus the appetizer and drink). We paid and departed. High note: the bathroom was clean.

   Firebirds has become one of my favorite restaurants in the DFW area. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and the food is absolutely amazing. Shira was a great server. She was very pleasant and cordial.

   They can’t cook a steak to temperature to save their life. This was the 2nd time r I tried them and was underwhelmed again. They even burned the brownie. Best thing they have going for them is that Trey can make my blood orange margarita.

   My wife and I have been to several 5 star restaurants! The services, attentiveness of staff, & food was outstanding! Our Bartender Crysta, Server Max, & Manager on duty provided 5 star level service! I will definitely be back!

   Made a reservation for a big booth in the main dining area, which we did not get. The person seating couldn’t have cared less. Prime rib came out raw and was taken back. The new meal came back after everyone was done eating. Salmon was very dry, vegetable weren’t all cooked, especially broccoli and was dry.

   Excellent service. Delicious drinks. Ribeye was a bit grissly, but filet was excellent. Potatoes au Gräten was heavenly.
