   Firebirds is always a favorite of mine for the price:value prop. The staff at this location are very friendly, helpful without hovering, and make the experience. This time we mainly had the salads, although I have eaten steaks here for years, and they were perfectly made. Great place, no fuss, and great team.

   Beautiful, comfy and casual restaurant. Service was great. But our experience stopped there. Two of us had the prime rib and it was not good. I could barely eat any of it. Very chewy and fatty! My husband had the honey chicken sandwich and the pieces were so fried down, there was mostly crust and not much chicken. It was too bad because we really wanted to love the place.

   Hosted a few colleagues (10 of us Total) late afternoon for an end of year appreciation gathering. They had our table ready, Josh and Dillion provided excellent service and menu recommendations from specials, to sides, to fantastic dessert and beverage combinations. Everyone had a great time. Will certainly be back. Merry Christmas

   I like the atmosphere. The food was very good and the service was outstanding. We went somewhere special, but not too special we come here.

   Had a group of 9 to celebrate a special birthday . We Wished we had a bigger space- we were smooshed and it was hard to eat n chat … next time we’d ask for the larger room space …. Server was great- as was our meals n appetizers.

   I had 2 entrees Shrimp and Grits good. I had the Baked French Toast - to-go Brioche / caramelized cinnamon custard / applewood-smoked bacon / fresh berries / powdered sugar, was not as good as other entrees I've had. The bacon was not fresh at all, the strawberries wasn't as good, and the caramelized cinnamon custard could barely taste. I did take a bite before I left and ask about it.. Waitress said it's toss in it??? Definitely was not worth the 17.25

   Our server Brandon was simply amazing. It has been a long time since I’ve had service so fantastic and from such a young person. He was on top of everything and I mean everything. He was so pleasant and a breath of fresh air when so many servers give horrible service and are not attentive. It was truly a pleasure to sit in his area and have a fabulous evening with my friend.

   Service from host, servers, and managers is all great. The menu is well crafted. Try the grits…better than the average.

   I made a reservation at 7:15 and walked in on time and had to wait 22 minutes to be sat. The host I spoke with said “I just work here” and “ambassador” said it’s out of their hands and gave me multiple excuses why my reservation was not upheld on their end. The server did a good job and checked up on us frequently and made sure we had everything we needed. We ordered the seasonal old fashioned and a seasonal mule. The drinks were not good. Over powered with the mixers and made them way too sweet. One of our steaks was very chewy and not cooked as ordered (black and blue). All that being said we did not complain or send anything back and just accepted it for what it was. I’m only leaving this review to hopes the restaurant can highlight certain things and work on them for future guests.

    Dinner was great. Try the deviled eggs. Service also excellent. We are planning to return to try the burgers, maybe during lunch. The restaurant is pretty noisy though.
