    I requested a table near the front windows as these are a little larger than the tables in the center of the dining room. We were not seated in the area I requested. The other couple was already seated so I did not mention this to the hostess. Our server was pretty inattentive and we ended up being at the restaurant, seated, for right at 2 hours! The 4 of us all enjoyed our meal but the service and server attentiveness was not up to the usual pace.

    Firebirds Wood Grill is my favorite place to eat when I'm in JAX. The ambience is always nice. The food is very good. I had one of the best steaks ever on this visit. It was cooked to perfection. Caroline provided great service. Thank you!

    Our waiter Christopher (hoping I spelled his name correctly) and our other waitress did a really wonderful job for our son’s 21st Birthday! The food was amazing and they made special touches to make my son feel welcomed and special!! Thank you all so much!!

    I can not remember our servers name nice looking white guy super sweet and took care of us 💕 and the Cajun ribeye so goood ! Love firebirds down
