   This was my first time here, I got the 3 course meal deal which was actually a very good price. The salad was amazing, the steak was okay the street corn had no flavor :( I ordered the crème brûlée cheesecake to go since my party was eager to leave but when I got home I got the brownie sundae which was disappointing since I live a hour away. The server was extremely nice and did a good job the only thing disappointing was the dessert if I ever go back hopefully I’ll get to try it

   Love this place. Food is great however, since they started doing take out service the table service has become slow. Our waitress was awesome but food took a bit long.

   Excellent food and the service was wonderful , the only thing it was like a any other day They can do something special for the customers what decide to go at this restaurant in New year eve

   We had a great overall dining experience at Firebirds Fredericksburg. The food was amazing and the staff were excellent. Great way to kick off New Year's Eve.

   I completely ENJOY my Turf and Surf. The Losbser and Filet Mignon was cooked PERFECTLY! The rice pilaf with spinach and Grill carrots with the caramelized glaze was so DELICIOUS. It was a lot of food and needed a Grab and Go Bag. The multi layered lemon cake OMGOODNESS. I will definitely be back soon. The Food and Service was Bang'n

   No privacy for a romantic dinner, it's packed and very loud. Many tables not cleaned/cleared seemed like they were short staffed. Food was excellent though.

    Firebirds is our favorite restaurant in Fredericksburg. It is consistently excellent in all areas: food, service, value. Husband had Ribeye & his usual BLT salad. Steak cooked exactly as requested, medium rare. Salad was bacon & tomatoes in every bite. I had the Strawberry Shrimp salad which was delicious as usual. Loaded with strawberries, jumbo grilled shrimp, feta & pecans! Perfect amount of balsamic vinaigrette. We both had the seasonal special dessert, Bananas Foster Bread Pudding. We should have shared, although, we were able to stuff all the pudding, bananas, pecans, ice cream & caramel down. We were Seated immediately, even though we were 15 minutes earlier than our reservation. We were served by Kiley, whom we requested when reserving. She is the perfect server. Very personable and very attentive. She knows exactly when to appear. Unfortunately, our favorite server, Kiley is transferring to Maryland in February. However, I’m sure we will be served, almost as well, by one of the many other servers. Yes, we will be back next month to our favorite Firebirds in Fredericksburg.
