   Great experience. We were promptly seated, and drink order was taken immediately. Everything was delicious and the service was exceptional.

   I'm uncertain if it being New Year's Day had anything to do with our service. I typically do not complain as I was the manager of a restaurant and understand issues arise. Our waitress seemed like she may not have been with the restaurant very long or was just having a bad day. Our food took longer than I would have expected. We were sitting right where we could see the kitchen so we saw several items of our food sitting under the heat lamp for quite some time. Our waitress was no where to be found. Once I finally saw her, I asked if she could check on the food. She immediately came right back and said the kitchen was waiting on an item but she would bring the other plates. The buns were so hard they literally crumbled when you took a bite. She never came back and asked how our food was. I had to locate her and ask for out check because we had reservations somewhere else and time restraints were an issue. She did have a manager remove one of the burgers but no apologies or anything about all the food that was not up to par. We basically left every meal uneaten on the table except our cheesesteak egg rolls that we're phenomenal.

   We had a great New Years Eve dinner. The server was very attentive and we never had to wait long for anything. The quality and size of the food was great. We will go back again soon.

   We went for New Year’s Eve and it did not disappoint. Our server Megan was great and the food was delicious.

   We enjoyed our time together tonight for a NYE dinner with friends. However, I will say I ordered the 3 course dinner of Salmon & shrimp. It was a tiny piece of Salmon and 2 shrimp. The rice was tough and tasted over cooked. A Friend got the 3 course dinner with the sirloin and it was super tough. It was disappointing for the price. The brownie dessert is no longer warm. We will get something different for sure.

   The Food was excellent, but you would think making reservations a month in advance you wouldn't get stuck on a tiny table beside a large group of loud people. The isle was so tight that the waiters couldn't get by each other. Waiter never checked on us. It was an overall bad experience for our Anniversary. Only saving grace was the food.

   On a very busy Christmas Eve, we had a snall(not unexpected) wait; again when we were seated. Once our server came, the evening flowed beautifully. Drink selection was varied, there were a few specials that were excellent, wait time was minimal, and all four meals were done to perfection. Dessert was a bonus, and everything was well timed. We had an event to attend after our meal, and we had no problem with timing. The evening was exceptional!

    I love Firebirds. I enjoy going there. As usual the people were super friendly. Our server was very very nice. The food was delicious. The ambience was fine. The only problem was they’re short staffed. It was over 20 minutes before anyone even came to our table to offer us a drink. Not the waitress‘s fault, though she was amazing. There was just not enough staff for the amount of people that were there.
