   Overall, most of our food was worth the price. Service was moderate. Empty glass a few times but our server would go above and beyond when tasked with an issue.

   Our waiter was very accommodating and on top of serving a group of six. We arrived earlier than expected celebrating our daughter’s UT Chattanooga graduation! The staff was so friendly and seated us immediately. Could not have asked for superior food and service on a very special day!

   My husband thoroughly enjoyed his blackened salmon with loaded mashed potatoes. My loaded baked potato was not steaming hot when served and I had to send back my filet to be cooked a little more. The Big Daddy chocolate cake with ice cream was great!

   Our waitress/server was Lexie and she was FANTASTIC. We were there to celebrate our Anniversary and she made us feel so special. She helped with wine and food selections. She did not rush us. Was very personal, she knew when to talk and when to give us space. We have been here on several occasions with family and friends but this was one of most enjoyable experiences at Firebirds. Loved that wines were half price on Mondays. The manager stopped by to check in. Thanks again Lexie.
