   Xmas eve dinner, my first and last visit to FBs. Shrimp with sriracha, caesar salad, chicken pasta and salmon all very good. however, parts of my risotto were in clusters hard as rock, and half the asparagus was too woody to eat. extremely long wait for seating even with a reservation (40 min), and while in between courses. they waaaaaay overbooked for their capacity. seated in center dining room, overhead lights turned up to stark white (no ambient lighting.) also there were gnats flying around and carpet was littered and appeared dirty. The highlight of the evening—-the wait staff exceptional in bar and dining.

   Was Christmas Eve and very busy but our food was excellent and the Service was Impeccable. I would highly recommend !!!! You won't be disappointed.

   It was Christmas Eve, however with a 7PM reservation, it was almost 7:30PM before we were seated. We had a lovely waitress by the name of Emma. It also took a long time to get our entrees, however they were good.

   The food and service were excellent. Way too many flies at the table. Not house flies. Gnats or fruit flies. Had to keep swatting them away from the plates and drinks

   We went to Firebirds for my husband’s birthday dinner. Given the holiday season, we expected a busy restaurant and we booked a 6:30 reservation. We arrived to to the host desk at 6:23 and were advised of an approximate 10 min wait for our table. Understandable - it’s busy and we were early. We sat near the host desk during our wait. As such we were able to see and hear everyone who entered the restaurant after us. Several parties of similar size with reservations after 6:30 were advised of shorter wait times, if there was a wait time at all, and taken to their tables ahead of us. While we certainly don’t know the specific issues the host team were experiencing in trying to seat parties, it felt like there were more reservations than spaces available or perhaps a system glitch. Regardless of the issue, there was no acknowledgment or communication regarding our much longer wait. We were seated around 7:00, we were not asked preference of table or booth. We know Firebirds to be a lively restaurant, however tonight the music was very loud and it was difficult to carry on table conversation without feeling as though we were shouting. Our server Kaden was courteous, kind, and responsive. Our orders were accurate and the food was enjoyable. We may return to this location as we’ve had positive experiences before and recognize there could have been issues outside of the team’s control with regard to seating. We would hope in the future if there are extended waits for customers, to at least acknowledge and communicate an updated wait time.

   We had reservations and were seated promptly even though they were slammed by the typical pre-Christmas rush of customers. Our server Emma came not long after we were seated and everything went great after that. We placed our order, the food was great and the service was remarkable fast for how busy they were.

   Had family in from out of town. We went for lunch. A variety of food was ordered from soup, salads and burgers. All the food was delivered as ordered, good portion size, good quality. Our server was excellent, answering questions and checking in during the meal.

    We arrived at 4:15 for a reservation set for 4:30 pm a total of 9 people. Hostess was rude and told us we'd have to wait till our server arrived. Fast forward to 4:45 pm and asked again, but now there are 2 hostess. Both ignored with their backs turned and began laughing. When we were finally seated at 5 PM out server was fantastic, Food was not good. Burned to a crisp steak wrapped in black burnt bacon, and 1 chicken breast burned beyond recognition. How is that possible!!! Awful food and never returning, but we did tip our server nicely as she went out of her way to accommodate for the failure of the kitchen.
