    The steak was terrible. They hold themselves out as a steak place, but the quality was very poor. In addition to that, they were poorly prepared. The management made it right, but it’s not a substitute for poor food. We will not return.

    My wife and I and our two older teens went out to dinner to enjoy dinner together before the holidays. We all enjoyed our meals - a pasta dish for my daughter; filet and mashed potatoes for my son; ribeye/shrimp for my wife; and Alaskan black cod for me - all were delicious! And our server (Ellie) was fantastic as well!! My wife and I also enjoyed our drinks. We always enjoy dinner at Firebirds - and we’ll look forward to our next outing.

    My steak was supposed to be medium rare and it came out medium well. They took it back and corrected the cook, but by that time my son was almost finished with his meal. No compensation was offered!!!

    Waiter was great. A couple of steaks undercooked, but manager took care of getting problem fixed and was apologetic. Overall good experience, just not excellent for price

    We've been to Firebirds several times now and it is our 'go to' for a nice upscale experience in dining. It's very popular so you need reservations. It's a short distance to Nashville so it's the perfect place to stop by on your way to a concert or event if you're in middle Tennessee. We will surely be dropping back by again soon.
