   Met some friends for lunch today at Firebirds in Mason. It was a great experience. Food selection was great, as well as the preparation and presentation. The best though was our waiter, Rob. He was attentive without being overly so. He was friendly, helpful and very professional. Couldn't have asked for better service. We will certainly be back and hope we can have him as our server again. Outstanding exper ience today and we will be back soon.

   The ribs are the best in Cincinnati. The bar is excellent. The service is great.

   My first visit to Firebirds. Enjoyed lunch with a friend. She had a Caesar salad with salmon and loved it. Salmon cooked perfectly and great flavor. I also had a Caesar salad. We both agreed it was delicious. I had the Southwestern potato soup and really liked it. Service by Gabe was excellent! Unobtrusive yet highly efficient and very friendly. I’m coming back!

   Sister was in town from Seattle, and I would consider her a foodie. She loved her dinner and adult beverages. Great atmosphere.

   Always a favorite place to go! Sad they were out of the crab fritters, but still delicious choices nonetheless. CJ was amazing and took great care of us!

   We always have a great meal and great service ! The wings and Philly rolls are our favorite apps! Steak is always cooked perfect! Gabe was our waiter for my husbands birthday and was fantastic !

   I made reservation for my boyfriend’s birthday. We told the front desk we had a reservation and we were told that we would have to wait because there were no tables available. The older fella with glasses proceeded to explain that they can’t kick other people out. We never suggested that, but why take reservations if people can just come in and take tables that are suppose to be reserved. They need a new system when it comes to reservations. Our server was great, but the food was mediocre. We came, we tried, we won’t be back.

   This is my second time celebrating my birthday here and the food was awesome. It was extremely busy; however I feel the staff were very attentive.
