    Our server, Maddie, was beyond exceptional! She made sure the kids were entertained and served first so they didn’t get grumpy. She was prompt with refills, knowledgeable with recommendations, kind and very personable. She made our evening! The food was top notch. My son raved about the salmon and he never raves about anything. We were there for my birthday dinner and we couldn’t have had a better experience.

    Food and service were good. Room is big, open, and full by the end of our meal. The $40 meal deal is a good value and portions were big enough we could have shared. The philly cheesesteak egg rolls were just ok for us.

    For a wood grilled taste, there are few better in the Cincinnati region. Firebirds offers top shelf beef and seafood, and delicious sides, that are fresh and savory. Their personalized touch feels more like a family restaurant than a chain; but, they are indeed national. We’re regulars!

    We have always been very happy with our many dinners and lunches at Firebirds. Our meal last night was not up to the standard we had grown to expect. The ribeye tasted gamey to the person who ordered it and the pork chop was tough. I will say the salmon was delicious however.
