   Hostess quoted us a 2.5 hour wait so we went onto open table & made a reservation time that was in 5 minutes & we’re sat immediately..

   Filet mignon and the crusted snapper were prepared to perfection and had outstanding flavor. We highly recommend them. The crab cake and wedge salad were also delicious.

   Food was very good, services were ok. But our plate was dirty , my tea tasted like coffee. I and no toilet paper . Over all was good.

   We booked our reservation for Valentine's Dinner two weeks in advance, and were very much looking forward to a wonderful, romantic dinner. The preset menu offered a variety of wonderful choices, and we considered the price reasonable. When we booked the reservation, it would have been helpful to have some seating options. When we arrived 10 minutes early, the host wanted to seat us at a high-top right beside the front door (which was a bit chilly!) When my husband said that was not really a location we wanted, we were told that we should have indicated that when we made the reservation. ??? We finally were seated in a nice, quiet corner where we could enjoy a romantic dinner together. Our server was very good, and I was happy to be able to get wine by the glass of one of my favorites - Prisoner.

   I would like to start by saying the service and the team were incredible. (Harper I think was the name of our server) I really liked the decor, and having eaten at the location in Houston I had high expectations. First and last courses were really good. Shrimp and Lava Cake. My girlfriend had crab cake and butter cake. My girlfriend’s filet tasted great. I had the ribeye and switched from potatoes to risotto. The sides were really good too, but the steak tastes unseasoned and had connective tendons running through it so it was really tough. When I asked Harper to bring me salt and pepper, I was able to season it and cut around to get bits of edible steak, but it left me disappointed. I should have gone with the short rib or the truffle chicken. The service/drinks is why I will come back but I probably won’t order another steak.
