We have been to Italy and studied it's masters. We have tasted (a lot) of wine. We have searched for the best ingredients, and learned and perfected the best recipes. Why wouldn't we be the best Italian experience in the Vail Valley!
The idea of growing fresh fruits and vegetables in the Rocky Mountains might seem crazy to some, but for us it is just another step in perfecting our craft. Our Chefs and Gardeners labor tirelessly to bring you the best produce and ingredients available seasonally
We try each day to live and work with a purpose. Each step of your evening has been pondered. We try hard to bring you the food you crave and anticipate your every need while you are dining with us. From the stuzzichino when you step in our door to the parting sips of limoncello.

If you ever go to Avon Colorado, you must stop at Frattoria. Best Italian/American Food we’ve ever had. And that’s tough to say because the owner is a Patriot’s fan and as Steeler fans, it’s says volumes that Frattoria is absolutely our favorite restaurant whenever we come to Beaver Creek. The food is truly off the charts amazing. Even though the owner may need his medulla examined. lol. But everything from the staff to the ambiance is definitely a must visit.

Our toddler loved his Alfredo pasta. My husband had the lasagna and loved the addition of the zucchini! I had the duck ravioli which was delish! The staff were all so welcoming and friendly. Will definitely come back when we’re in town.

We ate at many top rated restaurants during our week in Avon/Beaver Creek/Vail and this was our absolute favorite. Everything from the aged ribeye and mushroom risotto to the house made rabbit tortellini to the house salad, fried calamari, Italian sodas and tiramisu were excellent. Our server was attentive and responsive but never overbearing and we were treated to complimentary appetizer bites and a table side visit by the chef. Plus our final check was about half of what we paid in Beavercreek Village. We will be back!!
