   The restaurant was very filled. The service was overwhelmed and doing the best they could. If you have plenty of time, definitely go there.. The food is delicious. The calamari and artichokes are to die for. Three out of four meals were very good. We will be back, but not when they are at capacity.

   Awesome find in this private dinning space tucked away in the back of a party center. Incredible food and service. Elegant settings at each table.

   Wow, oh wow! The calamari and artichoke appetizers were amazing. The four huge scallops were to die for, and the pasta bolognese was right out of Italy. The wine price for the Austin Hope Cab was at retail - what a super surprise. Keenan's service was professional, caring, and fantastic. My only suggestion was that the front "red" entrance was tacky and the back parking lot was way too dark. We are definitely coming back. Got to believe this is the best Italian food in Akron.

   A great atmosphere and the food was delicious. Our waiter was very attentive...but not too much. The kitchen was able to accomodate my husbands request for a special salad. If you are looking for a place to go for a nice, quiet dinner, this is the place!

   We arrived on time for our 5:30 reservation. The host and server were friendly and professional. The restaurant was relatively empty for they just recently opened for the day. It took 30-45 minutes to receive our drinks. By now the room was filling with guests. You could tell the staff was overwhelmed. After another significant amount of time, we finally had the opportunity to order food which was delicious. The appetizer came out with the meal, the timing was disappointing. The server did remove the app from the bill. Overall, my table of 2 was there for 2.5 hours as a result of what must have been a short-staffed crew. The facility either needed to stop taking walk-ins or hault reservations in advance. Our date night-out turned into annoying test of patience. Chalk it as our first and last visit. The food was great, but not worth a 2.5 hour visit.

    An unexpected gem! Discovered Fats Back Room when we were trying to find a Valentines night out. Everyone was so friendly and the food was amazing. The wine recommendation from the owner was spot on. It was a busy night with some service hiccups, but willing to overlook any slight delays. We will be back again and then again it was so good.
