   The food has slipped - too much olive oil and sauce on everything - while fine dining is always expensive the preparation of the food doesn’t match the price (a $68 steak should be close to perfect) esp when it’s ala carte. Hostesses are rarely friendly/welcoming - kind of a “you’re lucky to dine here and if I’m slightly indifferent to you it makes us more sophisticated”. The setting is lovely - inside and out so I still bring guests here to have a special night out but I don’t eat here regularly anymore.

   My mom’s friends and family and I came for a belated mom’s birthday gathering. We ordered the hamachi, beet salad and the humus appetizer with the salmon, spaghetti and pizza dishes and never FAILED to be amazing! This was our 3rd time going and after we would go to Johnny’s Doughnuts and the ice cream next door for dessert! Lots of cute shopping places afterwards to browse and digest food! Farmshop is one of MY And my mom’s favorite restaurants in northern california! Would go again!!

Brunch is typically our busiest and most lively time, making it difficult to offer truly quiet seating options. While we strive to accommodate all requests, the open layout of our dining room does mean sound carries throughout the space. If you're looking for a quieter setting for business discussions, I'd be happy to recommend times when our restaurant is typically less crowded, or perhaps discuss reserving space during off-peak hours.    Our lunch was fantastic. The food was fresh, flavors spot on. The service was even better. Our server was informative, patient, and anticipated our needs. A great example of what a restaurant should be. Can’t wait to return!!!

   Delicious poached chicken salad which our nice waiter recommended…more than just chicken and lettuce, very nutritious…YUM!!! We did feel a bit rushed but it was a Sat lunch so busy-busy.

   We spilt the bill across 3 cards and when the waiter picked up the receipts he reviewed each and seem displeased with 15% tips. Very unprofessional. Lovely brunch with a not so pleasant ending.
