   Fall Line Vail, WOW. This is expensive but well worth it. We started with Crudo sushi style cold seafood. $45.00 but The flavors were over the top. Then a 24oz. Chateaubriand at $185.00. Ordered Medium rare. This was plenty of food for the 3 of us. Yes it is expensive but it was cooked to perfection. It also comes family style so you have potatoes, mushrooms and asparagus. But what was so special is the 3 sauces for the Chateau. And then to top it off our waitress Chole made us feel so special. She knew the menu inside and out and professionally explained the entree's to us. Such a super nice young lady. The General Manager Hildie came to our table to see how everything was going. We really appreciated that. Along with the food these two really made our dining experience extra special. You will not be disappointed it is worth the money.

   Absolutely wonderful food and great service. We had the oysters, elk chop, and mac and cheese and everything was fantastic. Our server was amazing and gave us great insight to the menu. Drinks were fantastic as well, the hunger of the pine drink was 10/10. Will be returning.

   Stopped for a late lunch after time on the mountain and so glad we did! Kostiantyn was very attentive and super friendly which made our experience even better. Food was delicious and great atmosphere. One recommendation is to make a reservation because it’s a popular place, for good reason.

   Absolutely incredible dining experience. Best oysters I have ever had in my life. We started with the morels, beef tartar, foi gras and the pork chop entre. The chef is truly talented. Get the morels!!! Mind blowing experience. Thank you to our waiter David for coursing out our food so perfectly and recommending the best wine parings. Service was outstanding. Atmosphere a 10.

   They rushed us thru dinner and 1.25 hours after our Rez was for, they came to our table and started clearing food we were still eating. Then the manager came and stood at our table and wouldn’t leave — he clearly wanted us out. I’m not a slow eater but a 1 hour and 15 minute dinner for those price points is obnoxious. They had overbooked and wanted our table. We spoke to the manger on our way out and again the next day, and he was young and arrogant and clueless.

    We had a spectacular dinner to cap off our ski trip in nearby Beaver Creek. The food was excellent and the service provided by Konstiantyn was top notch. This place is well worth a visit.
