   Our waitress Gabby was wonderful. The quality of the food was great, but it did take a while for our main courses to get to the table.

   Cocktails were great. Food service was very very slow and my mid rare steak was basically raw. Short rib was good.

   Great vibe and great waitor! I got seated 30 min late and the menu could have been a lot better.

   Wonderful experience! Jarrell and Jada were very attentive and friendly. Bar was lovely and had an excellent cocktail list. Food was delicious. Especially the French onion soup, deviled eggs and steak frites. Highly recommend the igloo experience. We will definitely be back!

   My group and I did the igloo experience! The igloo itself is awesome and super cute and cozy! The service is subpar! I think perhaps the patio is sorta out if vision out of mine type deal for the servers however the food runners were attentive. For 24% gratituty automatically added I felt rather manipulated when I was left waiting for a drink for over 15 minutes or never receiving extra butter or sauce I asked for. Details matter for experiences like this! Also they were not valet parking that night for whatever reason and parking was $20!

   Food was very good. The waitress seemed to be having an off night and forgot to bring us many things. And barely came back to check on us. The manger was checking in and grabbing us stuff more often than the waitress. The waitress suggested the house made ranch with our food, then never brought it to me. After asking for it, it was brought when we were almost done then I was charged for it. Overall though the food was delicious and we REALLY enjoyed the lump crab hush puppies.

   Missed Potential for a Unique Brunch Experience I recently reserved an igloo for brunch at Fall Line Kitchen & Bar, intrigued by the cozy atmosphere and holiday decor. The space itself was beautiful — warm, festive, and inviting — and the two-hour minimum rental felt fair for what we hoped would be a special experience. Unfortunately, the quality of service and food fell far short of expectations. Checking in took longer than expected, but I understand staffing challenges these days. However, after being seated, it took nearly 20 minutes just to place our drink orders. My husband’s coffee finally arrived, lukewarm, with no cream or sugar. By the time those were brought, his coffee was cold, and we had to request another cup. My Breakfast Mule cocktail, while promising, arrived late and was so watered down by the time it came that it was disappointing. The brunch menu was extremely limited, and the one dish I wanted — the salmon — was sold out. I settled for traditional eggs, which were prepared well, but the toast was inexplicably cold and hard. My husband’s eggs were ordered over easy but came well over hard. The bacon was fine, and the jam was nice, but overall, the meal was underwhelming, especially given the $50 igloo rental and the already-included gratuity. While we did receive complimentary champagne, it didn’t make up for the lackluster service and food. I truly believe there’s potential to create a stellar experience here, but unfortunately, Fall Line missed the mark. My recommendation: hire and pay more servers to ensure food arrives hot and drinks on time, and expand the brunch menu to give guests more options. I wanted to love this experience, but it left me disappointed.

   Overpriced for the experience. We paid ahead for the igloo. We were in the tiniest one, which is just too small. I’m over 6 foot tall and could not stand up in it. And the igloos are along Broad Street. I should’ve done more research. The food was actually very good! The salmon, outstanding, the salad and the cornbread both very good. Cocktails very good. Our waitress Gabby was excellent. I would potentially go back to the restaurant again, but not the igloo experience as it’s just grossly overpriced.
