   We came here for a congratulatory dinner to celebrate my son completing his degree. First time at Fahrenheit for 3 of 5 people in the party. Food and service was fantastic. Salmon, Short Rib, Ribeye, Filet, and Lobster Mac did not disappoint. Both my sons enjoyed a smoked old fashioned from the table side bourbon cart.

   We had a great experience. Food was amazing and our server was great. Very knowledgeable about the menu and had a wonderful personality. She made the night even more enjoyable. Food was just spectacular! Great crown and so much to see

   the “special” treatment. It’s hard to ignore how the seating arrangements here seem to have been designed with a very specific logic: the only people of color, like myself, get to sit next to a freezing cold door, while everyone else enjoys the warmth of the restaurant. It’s not just uncomfortable—it feels deliberate. As if the message is, “you’re here, but maybe not really welcome.” Sitting there, trying to enjoy a meal with a gust of cold,you can’t help but feel like an afterthought at best, or a second-class customer at worst. The irony is that it’s not even subtle—it’s glaring. It’s as if they’re saying, "We’ll serve you, but here’s the least we can do." If this is how they treat certain customers, it makes you wonder how many other details they overlook when it comes to respect and equality.

   Felt like the restaurant was understaffed. Waited long times for initial service. Had to ask if we had a waiter or waitress. Took close to an hour and half until entree was served.

   This is one of our favorite places in Cleveland! The service is always exceptional, the food is amazing and the vibe is perfect for an evening out. It always feels like a special occasion when we dine at Fahrenheit.

   What a lovely evening with friends at the holidays, and the perfect restaurant for this occasion. Our server, Ehab (hope I have that spelled correctly) was knowledgeable, friendly and had wonderful recommendations. I have celiac disease (gluten free) and he was diligent in going through the menu. And not just with me, but our friends as well. We started the evening with crafted cocktails 🍸 with his help, and had the oysters (delish but pretty tiny). Then our dinner continued with great entrees, scallops, duck and the short ribs with a nice bottle of wine. They have exceptional choices on all fronts.

   This was beyond disappointing. My husband and I both ordered the chicken schnitzel and it came out and was raw.  How it was handled was even worse. The manager comes to the table and says hey how’s it going knowing already why she was sent there.  We say, not good ….our chicken was raw.  She says oh let me get that out of here right away and takes the plates.  Then she comes back and says I’ll take care of your drinks right now and walks away. We have no food. The waitress then comes over  and asks if we want to order another entrée so we decide to order one entrée and split it this time we order the short ribs.  Long story short they charged us for the short ribs!!!!!!!!!! No further visit from the manager, noting else about it! The ONE RIUBD FOR US and TWO RAW CHICKEN ENTREES were taken off and they charged us for the short ribs. We will NEVER dine there again! Terrible management….poor waitress did her best!

   The drinks and appetizers were just ok, but our dinners were fantastic. My wife and I both had the short rib and we split a side of lobster mac- both were phenomenal! Service was great. It can be a little loud in there at prime times.
