   When we arrived they said they had no record of our reservation. Given open table emailed me to ask me how our experience was, I clearly had a reservation. Service was extremely slow. Took 35 minutes to get a drink. Waited 45 for our food. Had to wave them down to get a second drink. The servers were very pleasant but seemed very inexperienced.

   Once we got to the restaurant, we waited at the front for 10 minutes before we were greeted. The hostess finally seated us however we waited another hour before the waitress came acknowledged us and finally took our order. I have never in my life experienced poor service at a restaurant. Worst experience ever. It is one thing to be busy but not to acknowledge or keep your clients informed is a disrespectful behaviour. The staff need more training on how to deal with customers in the service industry.

   The food is delicious. But.. the restaurant was understaffed or just highly inexperienced .. they said they had staff no show. But the staff who were there lacked efficiency.. carrying a single drink or plate. (Trays could help) Walking solely to one table, then returning to the bar to wait in a line to enter an order on the only computer. (Technology could help that) One staff member truly seemed irritated that people were there, she wasn’t pleasant. They didn’t stop to offer more drinks while you waited for food. They seemed lost and didn’t know what tables were what. They didn’t clear plates until after people had left. The owner came in to help, but they were too far gone by then to turn it around. But the food was delicious.. compliments to the chef. We will come back to try on a night that isn’t busy.

   Food and ambience was good but the service was quite poor. I understand that it was Valentine’s Day and it was busy but we had to get the attention of staff any time we needed anything. We sat down at 7:30pm and did not finish until 10pm despite only ordering a main each, no cocktails and a dessert to share

   We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. Upon arrival, no one assisted us with seating, we had to approach the bar to ask where we could sit. Service was extremely slow; we waited far too long for our orders to be taken, and each time food was served, we had to ask for plates and cutlery. The margaritas were underwhelming, watered down, lacking salt, and looking nothing like the vibrant photos on Instagram that led us to choose this place. As for the food, the medium-rare steak from our surf & turf board was served well-done, and the shrimp were rubbery. While the flavors were decent, the food was not warm, making it seem like it had been sitting for a while before reaching our table. Dessert is ok. To top it off, the prices do not match the quality or experience. For what we paid, we expected much better service and food. Definitely not worth the value. Wouldn’t recommend.

   When we arrived, there was no one to seat us, and it took 30 minutes before anyone came to check on us or take our order. We constantly had to go to the bar to remind them about our drink order, and one of the food orders was wrong, which meant waiting even longer. In the end, we only got our food after an hour. The food was great, but the service could definitely be better.

   love that there is an on line reservation platform. we had an adult birthday celebration at fun haven laser tag and chose this restaurant due to proximity. the service was friendly and professional. unfortunately they were out of the salmon dish which several of us wanted to order. the other meals were fine.

   First time there. When we ordered first we asked chicken burger. Server came back 10 mins later to say not avail. We changed to Mac and Cheese. He went back and came 10 mins later to say only one serving instead of two can be done. We were still waiting for our two cocktails after 20 mins. Our teens were hungry and we came at a quiet time 7pm. We had to cancel all and walk out. First time such a bad experience in Ottawa!
