Evergreen is currently under new ownership by the group that owns Mosaic! The dining room has been renovated to provide a lounge space, and opened up to provide some natural light to make the space more warm and inviting.

Chef Connor Hurst under the guidance of James Beard nominee Alex Perry, brings a seasonal twist on some southern favorites. We offer an ever changing list of dishes including steaks, oysters, fish, chicken, house made pasta and so much more. Our meals wouldn't be complete without a signature cocktail or paired bottle of wine.

    An excellent and creative menu. Anna (mixologist-bartender) is the best on the Coast. She creates craft cocktails for each season and they are perfection.

    I would give five stars for the ambiance and service.. however, I'm giving a three for the lack of taste in the food. While the burger was decent, the chargrilled oysters were heavily coated with a breading, making the oyster flavor lost in the crumbs.. but worst of all was the $30+ pasta dish that had a heavy flour/butter sauce lacking in any flavor at all. It was topped by an over-fried soft shell crab rendering it nothing but crunchy breading. Very disappointing. Not sure we'll go back as our bill was about a $100, and left there feeling like I missed out on a good meal elsewhere.

    We honestly expected this restaurant to be better than it was. We had a reservation and were seated to a basically empty restaurant and had to ask if we were going to be waited on after 6 or 7 minutes. The server came to our table and said “we are having lots of issues tonight”. The service was not upscale and the food was not great. We did not like the baked goat cheese appetizer but we were told it was a best seller. We did like the atmosphere. It seems like there is a management and training issue at this restaurant.

    The food and drinks were phenomenal. Our server was great but they were definitely short staffed and she could have used some help. Will definitely visit again.

    Food was great. Had the Wagyu steak and my wife had the duck. Baked goat cheese appetizer was nice but the scallop appetizer was better. Bacon fat washed old-fashioned was good. Will definitely be back.

    Can’t say enough about this restaurant, it was an awesome experience from the atmosphere to the food. Our group tried out a few things, but hands down the baked goat cheese dip is phenomenal as well as the fettuccine bolognese!!
