Featuring an array of global flavors and decadent desserts by Chef Deb Paquette and Pastry Chef Megan Williams, Etch is located in the ground floor of the Encore tower in Nashville's SoBro district. The restaurant is equipped with two private dining rooms, a full bar and an open kitchen with bar-style seating, allowing guests to interact with the culinary team. Lunch and dinner are available Monday-Friday, as well as dinner on Saturday.

In her 13 years as Chef/Owner of Zola, Deb received accolades for Nashville's best chef and Nashville's best restaurant multiple times. Nashville restaurants are many, but Etch sets itself apart with bold flavors and colorful presentations.

    This is for Etch on Demonibreun on 3/20/25. Had attentive, wonderful, professional & delightful service from our new friend Sandra C. She was informative and made sure all was good without hovering. Food: Inventive and delicious. Had catch of the day and the fish was fresh and flavorful over crispy rice cake, but it was the sauces - oh my!!! Cauliflower appetizer was delicious as always and crispy potato salad would be perfect for breakfast. Bread a bit meh. Always love Etch and never disappointed just delighted. Thank you to all!

    I have been a fan of Deb Paquette's creations for over 20 years beginning at Zola's but last night I had the best dish yet, and that is saying something. The Chef special of the night was Mahi-mahi served with an Asian flare. The notes I scribbled from our waitress included ingredients; ginger sesame tofu, Gochujang, sweet potato puree, togarashi and shavings of carrot and cucumber. It was magnificent.

    Beautiful restaurant in downtown Nashville- a few blocks off Broadway. The octopus shrimp appetizer was fabulous. We had the pork ribeye- an explosion of flavor. Lisa was our server- she coursed the whole evening perfectly. Great knowledge of menu.

    This is my second time enjoying Etch and my first time at the chef’s counter. This was my birthday request and it exceeded my expectations. The service was impeccable and also warm and charming. Brooke took such good care of us. At the chef’s counter yet you have the privilege of seeing all the food and can ask questions . I was enthralled with the cookbooks on the shelves which I am sure offer some inspiration and even humor. The food was so delectable and well balanced. The salmon dish was the best thing I have enjoyed in several years and I eat good, clean salmon often. Hubs enjoyed chef’s special- short rib. We enjoyed the apple sesame tart for dessert. I am going to have to fit in another visit before we head back to California.

    Food was great, service really rushed us, we had our drink, and I couldn’t even finish my salad before my food was there … and it was really noisy, hard to hear
