   The standards that we love from Nashville location are available at Etch in Franklin- Roasted Cauliflower, Argentinian Beef Tenderloin. We ordered the tempura mushrooms which were a generous portion but we found to be a bit greasy. We loved the Smoked Potato Salmon Bowl with the perfect jammy shoyu egg! The Pavlova with pear sorbet and tangerine marmalade was a divine way to end our meal. The service was excellent!!

   Enjoyed Etch in Franklin just as much as the downtown restaurant. Inventive menu with some exotic foods, all well prepared.

   Most disappointing evening hosting out of town friends. We have been a 4 Top Hospitality customer for many years, in that time enjoying the downtown location of etch, along with the other restaurants in the collection. With etch opening in Franklin, we really expected this to be a memorable evening. Where do I start? Three scallops for $51? Or the wait staff not knowing which type of salmon was being served? Or incomplete drink orders? Throw in mushy philo served with the small portion of venison, all combined for a less than acceptable dining experience. The most telling moment of the evening was when we ask for the shades to be drawn to keep the lights from the cars in the parking lot out of our eyes, the manager came over to perform that function. We noted that they really should have been lowered at dark, provoking his comment, "Don't I know that!" Quite rude. We will remain a 4 Top customer, albeit without another dining experience at the Factory location of etch. Sad in many ways.

   Etch is a wonderful Mediterranean restaurant with locations in Franklin and downtown. The food is always excellent and the service is top notch. Give it try and you won’t be disappointed

   We were a party of five who received a warm welcome from the hostess. Our server, Diana was excellent and the food was outstanding. We certainly will be returning!

   Food and service was outstanding, but it was a little noisy. The staff had hand signed a note and left us a Happy Anniversary card on the table. Nice touch!!

   As a resident of Franklin, I am very pleased to have etch - Franklin as a fine dining option at The Factory. etch - Franklin, like its well-established sister restaurant in Nashville, offers fine dining in an elegantly understated space, this one inside the main building at The Factory, which is a collection of shops, restaurants, and entertainment spaces inside a renovated former stove factory. I see this as more of a special occasion restaurant as it is a bit pricey. Service was very good, and the food was excellent. I look forward to dining here again soon.

    This was our first time at an Etch location and we had a lovely time! This location is in The Factory in Franklin which is a mix of retail and more fast casual dining options so a restaurant that is truly a sit down dining is such a win for this space. We were seated at the counter which gives you a full display of the kitchen. This definitely added to my overall review because it is a fun bonus to watch the process as well as get to have to quick chat with Chef Deb! There was not a dish we had that wasn’t enjoyable. All items, even the duck tart, were generously portioned. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was due to the scallop dish. There were only 3 scallops, which were not very large in size, so for the price you’d hope to have at least 4. We’re excited to see how the menu adapts season to season!
