   Food was okay, but there wasn't the amount of choice we usually get. It wasn't made clear properly that they are already operating their Christmas menu, but if so, several of the listed meat types were never offered. Also the bill was confusing as there was nothing to tell us what the flat rate was for the Christmas menu. We received the wrong drinks at one point, despite showing the server the empty bottle from the first round. Most frustrating, though, was the fact that a bowl of very tasty fries, apparently now an automatic accompaniment to the menu, appeared on our table just at the point we had decided we were full. So, despite being really nice, they were largely wasted. Had they been delivered when we started eating, we would definitely have got through most of them. We decided to reduce the service charge because of these problems, but the server didn't seem able to comprehend what we were trying to do, so we ended up telling her to remove it altogether since that seemed to be the only option she could do.

   Won't be going again. Food advertised on the menu did not come out freely. Lots of steak but the others meats had to be requested several times and still we had to wait until a staff member chased it again. Had much better at other similar establishments. Very overpriced and poor service.

   Me and my husband use to enjoy going In recent times the quality of food and customer service as gone down hill rapidly. We thought we would give them another chance. Never again this was the biggest waste of money out. We paid for evening and would expect to be offered a choice of 15 cuts of meat as advertised. This was never the case and clearly what they did offer was done to maximise profit margins. We didn't even get 8 offered that would be offered in the afternoon .Instead we was just ignored by the servers who seemed clueless in there approach. What we was offered was fatty and laced with salt. On the plus side we know that nothing can be worse then this and will stick to Fazenda in future. Avoid this place like you would chernobyl.

   Service had to be requested drinks/additional items. Then a service charge added to the bill ! and the floors really slippy so much our table moved.

   Excellent food the meat is so so tender and was plenty, always like the salad choices too , staff friendly was a Sunday night so quite quiet which we didn’t mind

    Food came very quickly and all at once… servers didn’t appear to take much notice of the cards being green or red, and were not always very clear explaining what the meat was they were bringing round. But overall a nice experience… was one of our parties birthdays and they asked about this, but then nothing happened as a result…. Chicken and the chilli beef were very good.
