Ernie's is an "open to the public" Gastro-Pub located at PGA West, overlooking the famous Stadium and Nicklaus Tournament courses. The hallmark of Gastro Pub fare is that it takes adventurous twists on familiar food, all made from scratch with palette arousing ingredients. Ernie's offers both a casual and refined atmosphere that welcomes the casual beer drinker, the wine enthusiast or the hipster looking for a cocktail. The restaurant consists of booths, low and high top tables positioned to provide people watching, sports on various TV’s or take in golf course views. The large patio provides both outdoor living room furniture and table dining. Two gas fire pits provide and area to relax, unwind and socialize.

Food was good but pricey I thought. Very noisy and loud music did not help. Would have rather been outside but weather was too cool. Lovely view from outside patio!!

We were there early so it wasn’t crowded or noisy! Great service! We had delicious food and enjoyed the tvs with lots of sports on all around us. Will definitely be back!!

Service was outstanding. We dined on the patio as we frequently do on Memorial Day when we’re in La Quinta. Pancakes were not terrific but my husband enjoyed his French toast. The setting is beautiful and the hostess made sure the umbrella was in the proper position to provide our table with optimum shade. The server was also courteous and took excellent care of us, checking on us frequently. This was our tenth or eleventh Memorial Day breakfast at Ernie’s. We thoroughly enjoyed it, as always. Highly recommend Ernie’s. Thank you.

Ernie's Bar and Grill is a great little gem here in La Quinta! The view from the wall of windows is awesome, the food yummy, service great and the ambiance is lots of fun!
