   Was difficult getting a reservation. then they sat us (family of four) down stairs in an empty, brightly lit restaurant. Food was good. But not AMAZING. If you do come insist on sitting up stairs where the vibe is much better and more beautiful.

   What an incredible dining experience! The staff were so friendly and kind, and the food was delicious! Don’t miss the tuna tostadas and I highly recommend the red and green fish too. We also loved the fig tart!

   Great food and service. All cocktails were tasty. The ambience is nice and casual but not too casual. Would definitely go again.

   Fuimos a Entremar Polanco el sábado 12 de abril de 2025 con reservación para cuatro personas a las 4:30 p.m. Desde el inicio, la experiencia fue decepcionante en términos de servicio. No había hostess al llegar, y cuando por fin apareció y nos asignó una mesa, pasaron más de cinco minutos sin que nadie se acercara. Tuve que llamar personalmente a alguien para que enviaran a un mesero y nos trajeran los menús. El mesero nunca se presentó formalmente y estaba visiblemente sobrecargado, sin prestar la atención mínima a la mesa. Aunque los primeros platos llegaron con rapidez, mi sopa (que fue ordenada al mismo tiempo que los demás y que claramente no requiere preparación al momento) tardó casi 30 minutos en llegar. La atmósfera tampoco ayudó. Había mucho ruido por obras en la calle y un músico ambulante tocando trompeta con volumen excesivo, lo que hacía difícil conversar. A esto se sumaron varios vendedores que entraron a la terraza a ofrecer productos o pedir limosna mientras comíamos. La comida es, sin duda, buena. Pero el servicio no está ni cerca del nivel que se espera en un restaurante del grupo Contramar ni de otros en la zona. El trato es desorganizado, desatento y mediocre. Entremar debería concentrarse seriamente en elevar la calidad del servicio, porque ni la mejor cocina puede compensar una experiencia tan deficiente.
