   We enjoyed another great meal and experience at Ember for Christmas dinner. Our server Ben was polite, professional and attentive. Special shout out to Dennis the Somm as he always helps pick out a nice e bottle. We are becoming frequent flyers here!

   Ember was a wonderful choice for our Christmas Eve dinner! Jean, our server, makes sure that you are well taken care of, providing helpful suggestions and providing excellent service. And the food was phenomenal, as it always is. We are looking forward to returning in the New Year!

   The staff could not have been more attentive. Since it was our first visit we were served a glass of champagne to start. My husband had the seared scallops.which was excellent. I ordered side dishes soup and crab cakes both were delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.

   Service and food exceeded our expectations! Our server Amber was very attentive. The entire team from the hostesses, general manager Thomas, Amber and the sommelier made my birthday dinner very memorable. The bison tenderloin was everything Amber described and more. We will definitely return to Ember soon!

   Everything about The Embers restaurant is outstanding! Alyssa was our server and she did and outstanding job! The food was excellent, cocktails were fantastic, and the desserts were so delicious! We love to dine at The Embers restaurant at We-Ko-Pa!

   It is always good to dine at Ember. The manager is alert and attentive to the needs of the customers. So that's a definite plus. Ben was prompt at addressing our needs as well, despite an evening that was getting busier. We enjoyed the shrimp amuse bouche. It was a bit clunky to eat with the tortilla chip, as we could not scoop it up that way. So we treated it as if it were an oyster. The baby kale salad was very fresh, as usual, and perfectly accompanied by anchovies and an appropriate amount of dressing. The pork belly was excellent. Very tender and well-seasoned. The Arka salmon was, unfortunately, a stumble -- nicely seasoned, but overcooked and a bit dry. We did not finish it. The shoestring potatoes were wonderful. The lamb rack was perfectly cooked -- very tender. The harissa sauce was quite spicy. Needed the tzatziki to temper the heat. To the manager's credit, we had bonus desserts to make up for level of heat on the lamb and the overcooked salmon. Loved the chocolate chip ice cream. Just wanted more of the black cherry... The flourless chocolate cake was also good with an interesting yuzu chocolate pairing. In all, a very good service and dinner. We felt well-cared for and this no doubt translates down from chef and those managing this restaurant through to the front-of-house and kitchen teams.

    This was our first time at Ember, but won't be our last. Thecstaff is absolutely lovely. Our server Alyssa was extremely knowledgeable on all the dishes and very helpful in heling us choose. We started with the Miso Butterscotch Pork Belly, Just OOOMMMMGGG! It melted in your mouth these incredible flavors, so delicious. The pan seared Chilean Seabass as main dish will be a must go to, the buttery richness and perfectly cooked fish was amazing. For side the braised short rib mac and cheese is so unique, but so flavorful and will keep you going back for more. We received a birthday dessert(not on menu) that was rich light chocolately dream. In addition , when seated we where brought 2 glasses of Champagne. The other plus was the singer and piano player, created a lovely atmosphere. Amazing service, delicious food, beautiful ambiance. This place checks all the boxes. We will be back, it is definitely worth the drive.
