Join us at Ember & Vine, a Mediterranean Tuscan Steakhouse & Wine Restaurant in Palmas del Mar. Bringing Farm-to-Table, Seafood, Pasta & Premium cuts & trendy ocean view upscale dinning at a cozy ambiance. Uniquely curated wine list & classic cocktails for all to enjoy. The restaurant inside was very loud, very loud. The price fixe Valentine’s Day menu was surf and turf. Unfortunately the lobster and starch base was too, too salty. The food offering was too costly although the portion size was reasonable. First course and dessert subperb.

They make a great Manhattan! The salads are huge so we split the pear salad and our friends split the beet salad, both were delicious. I split the bolognese with my girlfriend which was delicious! My husband loved the branzino and our friend loved the porkchop. This is the best food we’ve found in Palmas. The service is excellent and we love sitting out on the deck but don’t forget to a light sweater or long sleeve shirt. We highly recommend this restaurant, everything is delicious on the menu! Enjoy

Excellent food as always! Ossobuco was delicious. Had to repeat the pear and prosciutto salad and the chocolate cake, both amazing! Great dining experience- 5 stars!

Always great but always I have to ask for a better pour from the bar. Too stingy. This is Puerto Rico not mid town Manhattan. Not good to skimp on he drinks😱

Excellent. Food portions are perfect. Beet salad with the NY sirloin was A+. Vegetable pasta and added steak was A+. Double Pork Chop was difficult to cut into but good. B+. We sat outside and the view of the ocean was spectacular.

Service is excellent, from being greeted by a very friendly hostess to being referred to as ‘family’ while being addressed by the waiter which made us feel very welcome. The manhattan’s were delicious, both of the salads were outstanding (Beet & Caesar). We opted to add shrimp to our salad and the were the largest shrimp we’ve ever seen and were delicious! The pasta bolognese was excellent! Service was great. Our only recommendation would be to deliver the check in a more timely manner but we need to remember we’re on island time.This is our favorite restaurant for dinner in Palmas and highly recommend Ember & Vine.

We had a really nice dinner at Ember & Vine. For appetizers, the octopus carpaccio was excellent and a nice portion. We also had the pear and prosciutto salad, which was delicious. Nice service and ambience.
