   Food was disappointing and service was mediocre. They had pushed through a rush before we sat (place was almost empty by time we got food) so that may be explanation.

   This was our first time at Ella’s and we were excited to be there. The young woman who seated us and our server, Cris (sp?), were fantastic! Personable, attentive and welcoming! I ordered the Spinach & Feta Egg Soufflé. When it arrived, the bottom half of it was so undercooked it was liquid. Our server took it back to the kitchen to have it properly cooked. Although the chef did eventually cook it, I was told the chef made it clear it was cooked correctly the first time. I would have needed a spoon to drink the soupy mess or slurp directly out of the ramekin since no spoon was provided. The chef needs to learn how to prepare food. By the time my food arrived the second time, everyone else at our table had finished eating. The wonderful servers could not make up for the poorly executed food. Please encourage the chef to do better!

   The ambiance and the service was amazing. The food was overcooked and dry. The food was also overpriced for the serving sizes.

   The required $90 cc hold in open table doesn’t match the restaurant. We were 1 of 4 tables on Sunday for brunch. The bread and spread board could have been great! 1/2 the spreads were savory and served with a fruity bread. One small loaf was not enough try everything. Eggs were cold, server was pleasant but didn’t know the menu or tell us about not being out of items. Overall unimpressive for the reviews and location.

   Place was half full and we waited for over 15 mins once we were served waters to place a food order. Once we tracked down a waitress, they were extremely accommodating but you would expect better service for such a small place, especially during a football game weekend. Not our first time to dine there, good food and service is generally better.

   As an Arkansas native, Ella’s has been a favorite for a long time. It was so quiet and the food was wonderful! Service was top notch as always. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to eat on the university campus that offers exceptional dining.

    We were the only guests so noise level was quiet. Wonderful atmosphere, service, and dinner. My guest had the vegetarian Wellington and said it was savory. I had the duck breast salad - excellent. Would return if back in Fayetteville.
