Great dining experience and exceptional service and attention to detail from the chef himself. Also a very attentive and knowledgeable server.

Flavours, presentation and quality of the food was very good. Service was attentive and engaging. Portioning was an issue as our party was hungry and resistant to embracing the shared plates concept.

We had a lovely dinner with our family. The Christmas decorations helped start my festive spirit.

The food selection was limited. Charcuterie board was $36 but the selection should have been fairly priced for $10. My wife’s meal was skimpy as well. Stay at the Inn but skip the Eliza bar.

Insgesamt gemischt, Essen insgesamt gut, Service wirklich unangemessen.

Poor $ value. The Inn is missing an opportunity to cater to a wider customer segment by not having a more approachable menu at more reasonable prices.

Eliza is a beautiful spot in Naramata, the ambiance is just lovely. However, we found the food to be not what we wanted from a bistro. The Naramata Inn has a fine dining restaurant on the main level of the hotel and the bistro has always been a more cosy, casual fair. Although the food was absolutely lovely and very flavourful, the portions are very small and expensive for what you're getting. If you're hungry, this isn't the place for dinner. A simpler and a more casual menu used to be offered at Eliza and in my opinion, should be offered again for those that want a quick, casual bite with family and friends. Burgers, pasta, fish, salads. Good food but more casual dining.

Regrettably arrived for the first night of their new menu. No more pasta option, no option to order bread or fries. Only small shareable plates. Very nice server, love the outdoor setting as always (we live close by and have been coming here for years, through countless iterations). However, won’t be going back until they change their menu. Four sharable plates, two glasses of wine each, and I left hungry. $180 before tip.

We planned our visit with out of country guests for the Thursday music night. Sadly, of the very few items on the menu, 2 items were already unavailable at 6:30 pm. These items included the burrata and the pasta dish. That left a lamb burger or clams. Note there were more desserts than entrees to choose from. Both the burger (albeit undercooked) and the clams were admittedly tasty. Interestingly by the end of our evening the couple beside us were being served pasta?? Music was wonderful but execution of menu was very underwhelming and disappointing.
