   Skip it. 20 mins to take a drink order. Another 15 to get that. Then food order. Food was out quicker (15 mins). Almost an hour since seated until food arrived. And unfortunately food was very average!

   Elena's is a lovely new airy restaurant on West Portal. It is very popular and reservations are necessary to get it. The upscale Mexican food is generous and delicious. Margaritas are great, as well as Mexican fruit drinks and a full bar.

   Food is on the salty side. Music is a bit too loud, hard to carry a conversation. Water was refilled timely.

   We were celebrating a birthday for first timers but this was our second time and the food and service was amazing also the bartender louie was on point!!!👍🏼🔥

   Amazing restaurant with buzzing Saturday night vibe. Great food, Great Margaritas and amazing staff who look after you so well. If you are visitors us to SF like us Definitely worth a trip out from the usual central spots to experience this gem of place

    What a fantastic place! Everyone was polite, engaged and friendly. Our server was Lili. I mention her name because I was taken with her sweet and professional demeanor. The food was worth the expense! We'll be back.
