   Food was pretty good and our server was great, but the hostess was extremely rude/tired and unprofessional, and the decor was dated.

   We were sat outside on the patio but they were not prepared for service. Tables were not wiped down. Debri was on the patio (I’m sure from the recent wind) and we had to ask for a server to be sent out 2x. Christopher was great when he was assigned our section but the host/manager should have made sure the patio was ready for patrons before sitting us outside.

   Correct but not exceptional, the guacamole on table prepared was so low portion! Just enough for service once the five of us! Decent dishes but not exceptional taste. I already had a better experience in a El Torito restaurant.

   I usually have a good experience at brunch but today it wasn’t it. Our server had a small section and I don’t like to bother anyone unless I really need something. I had to keep calling her for refills on the champagne and she would acknowledge us and walk away and be gone for another 20 minutes. She didn’t check in with us and I had to ask another server to help us out. Overall not a good experience today.

   It was a great experience overall. Our waitress name was Corina and she was very attentive. We started with a regular chips and salsa. In our main entrance were tacos Vampiros and trio tacos. We order two coronas beers. And two small bowls of tortilla soup. The food was delivered quickly. The soup was great. Tacos were awesome. The meat was tender and the beans and rice were also good. Plenty of parking as well.

   Food not good at all drinks watered down got the flight was so much ice and a gulp of drink in it I guess you get what you pay for

   El Torito Ontario is a great place for lunch and especially for their lunch buffet. The staff is very friendly, attentive and kind. We definitely make this a go to for staff lunches.

   Wonderful Service, amazing buffet, price very well and service was very fast. We celebrated a birthday and the waitress was top-notch. Thank you!

    never was seated was told 40 minute wait from check in then waited still not seated asked how much longer was told that their cooks are behind. Don’t know when will be seated. People are walking out. At this point after waiting almost over an hour and a half in my family left and went to your competitor and at there sadly to say we really wanted to eat here, but unfortunately, due to your staffing issue never receded never was able to eat, never was able to enjoy
