   This is by far the best El Torito location. The servers are great, the food…fabulous, the ambiance.. not bad. I will gladly drive 50 minutes to eat here!

   There is always something delicious to choose from. My go to is always the chicken taco salad. But there is never a bad choice. I’ve always enjoyed everything I’ve had.

   We really enjoyed all the food we had here (guacamole for an appetizer and the steak, shrimp and chicken fajitas and the macho combo for dinner) and the service was great. However, the classic and strawberry mojito on the mojito flight were very tart and I don’t think tart when drinking a mojito; the other two flavors were more balanced and what we preferred. Overall, it was a good meal.

   The best Sunday brunch in the Bay Area! If you love Mexican food, this is the place to be on Sundays. It gets packed, so be prepared for a crowd. The people who work there are extremely nice too. The food of course is excellent.

   We we're immediately seated for our ::: reservation. Our server did not arrive until 10-15 minutes after being seated. The food was great and full of flavor. The drinks are always hitting! I noticed different hospitality for different people the last few visits. We've frequented this location since before and after covid. We usually eat in 2-3×/month and the service is not consistent, but the food and drinks are always bussing.

   I was a little disappointed with our last visit, not with our food or our server. It was the person at the front desk. It was the manager training and employee and not aware of customers coming in. A server approached me and I told her I needed to check in And I continue to wait. I nicely asked the manager if he could please check me in and he rudely said I had to wait until he was done. Did not appreciate his tone and how he treated me. Never had that before in this restaurant and we patronize here frequently. I think that training is a good thing, but the customer should always be first and not neglected and put to the side and having to wait until you finish your training. That is my personal opinion. I was a trainer for many years and I always told my trainees customers are always first.
