   Our table was outside, very comfortable temperature & low noise level. Shared a seafood paella, good quality seafood with delicious rice. Service was excellent, friendly with good suggestions & info about menu items… wines too.

   WOW, this place was like being in Spain, the food was simply amazing. Had heard good things from others but not been ourselves as Benowa Gardens has not been renowned for great restaurants and is a little out of the way! We were a party of 5 and we asked our table server Juan to surprise us. Every dish was delicious. We had Anchovies, Kingfish (delicious), jamon croquettes, picante stuffed peppers (yum) , octopus (yum), garlic prawns and the yummiest tiny bread rolls to soak up the garlic butter, and the baked lamb with broccolini and garlic butter sautéed mushrooms (amazing). Oh and can recommend the ice cream sandwich with caramel - they are tiny little bites of yummy. The fit out is lovely, the Spanish wine selection is fantastic, and Juan could not have been more keen and helpful explaining dishes and wines. It was a little hot at times with no AC due to the indoor/outdoor open vibe but overall it was just fabulous. Will make the trip to go back.

   Take a group of people so you can share tasting the extensive menu, there is so much to try, everything we ordered was delicious. Staff excellent.

   Great quality authentic Spanish food, on par if not better than if you were in Spain! Great vibe and service by all of the crew. Thank you for a wonderful night El Porton and we can't wait to come again :)

   We'd been recommended try El Morton and it certainly is authentic and delicious Spanish food! So many new things to try which were incredibly tasteful. The service was excellent and the waiter very attentive and friendly. I'd have enjoyed a Sav blanc on the menu however the wines are very Spanish. Overall a delicious meal and we'll most definitely be back.

    Great, fresh food. Great service. Expensive food for a shopping centre restaurant although the demographic probably wouldn’t be bothered by the cost. We chose it because it was my birthday and we had not experienced it before. We began our dining experience at 7pm and before we had finished the staff were vacuuming and mopping and resetting tables while we were still in the dining room. It was about 8.40pm. It was off putting.
