La verdad deja mucho que desear esta sucursal, la comida mala, el lugar bastante equis, los baños viejos y funcionando mal. Podría ser cualquier otro lugar de sushi equis sin problema

Totalmente decepcionante, no tiene nada que ver con previas experiencias en otros restaurantes de la cadena. No tenían lo que pedimos, la calidad y frescura de los alimentos era pésima, nunca pudieron prepararnos el teppanyaki que ordenamos tuvimos que levantarnos pues el cocinero ni siquiera quería salir de la cocina a preparar los alimentos. Ni el capitán ni el gerente se acercaron a dar una explicación

Fabuloso lugar, algo pequeño para lo que suele ser el japonez pero vale la pena por la atención y la calidad de la comida, los postres dejaron que desear por su variedad en sucursal y sabor, pero la comida espectacular como siempre

We had a table booked for 9pm on New Year’s Eve , when we arrived they were closing the restaurant . The front of house refused to engage with us and just said they were closing.

Pésimo. No vayan. Es sucio, chiquito y descuidado. Reservé la cena romántica y llegué con mi pareja y no tenían registrada mi mesa. Lo peor de todo fue que el gerente no tenía ni idea de que daban el servicio de cena romántica que ofrecen en Opentable. Mi novia y yo tuvimos que buscar en el momento otro restaurant para cenar y celebrar nuestro día.

Los platillos tenían un sabor terrible, nada comparado a otros El Japonez a los que he ido. El restaurante con una decoración mediocre, el servicio pesado y los precios excesivos para la pésima calidad de comida.

Personalmente, mis experiencias en El Japonez son siempre muy buenas. Hacía mucho tiempo que no regresaba a El Japonez Condesa, pero recientemente volví con una amiga mía y nos encantó lo que comimos. Generalmente pedimos un par de entradas y un postre, en este caso, el sashimi de salmón. También pedimos los champiñones con tempura y spicy tuna roll. El servicio, impecable, la comida buenísima, la atmósfera también. 100% recomendado.
