El Encanto is the latest restaurant to join Carillon Point, from the group that brought you Cantinetta and COMO. Enjoy Chef Gabriel's elevated Mexican menu featuring recipes passed down through generations. We offer two semi private dining tables that come with their own patio (weather permitting), available to book via email. Expansive outdoor dining and lounges overlook Lake Washington, which will be on a first come, first served basis. Come enjoy the gorgeous PNW with us, a margarita and your new favorite Mexican dishes!

Food was excellent and service outstanding. I've been several previous times with friends and it was great every time. I came with just one friend this time and now they will want to come back too.

Amazing food and service couldn’t even complain at all. Date night is a must here, waiter was not to sure about how will he did since he was doubtful about his service but confidence is key so I hope that doesn’t effect him in the long run.

Met friends and family for brunch. Food was very good. Special thanks to our waiter, Hugo who provided outstanding service. Definitely re-booking soon.

Came here with some friends. Very cool ambiance with views of the lake. Our group got a bunch of tacos and they were fine, but small for portions for $22. Rice and beans tasted like nothing. Drinks were good. Overall not a bad experience, but there many places in the area with better food for less.

Service was AMAZING. Food was delicious, margarita was tasty and the ambiance was perfect-a really cool and modern cozy spot right on the water. Would definitely return!

First of all season your food, I have never had more bland meat. Both the Barbacoa tacos and the carne asada steak. The baked potato was the best thing we ate. The refried beans are Rosarita can beans watered down to look fancy. I have no clue what the appetizer was but it was gross. Paid 15 dollars for a 1.50 worth of avocado and mushy poblano with no salt that you call guacamole. Secondly both me and my wife were sick to our stomach all night. My wife can eat anything and not get sick. Literally and she was sick I woke up at three in the morning super sick ( spare the details) Lastly I never leave bad reviews, usually just don’t go back. But I am shocked at the reviews I read on this app that lead me to eat there. After reading the actual google reviews I see why I’m writing this. This place was louder than a bar on Friday night. Literally could not hear my wife. If your calling yourself Mexican serve Mexican but this fusion make it look fancy crap was gross and over priced. Who and hell sells Mexican food and charges 15$ for salsa?
