   I was surprised by the fact that it was a small restaurant with a very small defined menu. However, my surprise turned to extraordinary delight when I ordered a small bite and dinner that were truly outstanding along with the incredible wine pairings. This is one of those hidden gem restaurants that I was lucky to find while traveling on business through Syracuse.

   Eden is truly fine dining in a casual comfortable setting. This week I traveled to Philadelphia on Tuesday and Wednesday I like to travel because you can eat in "cut above" restaurants. I came home on Thursday and ate at Eden. I think it is the only restaurant in Syracuse that can hold it's own compared to fine dining in large cities known for their restaurant scene!

   Ordered the mushroom toast, ribeye, and halibut. We did the wine pairings for the entrees and finished off with a panna cotta. The food was excellent and the vibes were great. Would come here again for future special occasions!

   We had a fantastic meal at Eden. The Dry Aged Steak had a very good flavor and the Sea Bass was also great

   I can't believe we haven't heard of this place sooner. Our favorite places to eat are usually farm to table, and the Syracuse area has a few good ones. This was by far the best experience of them all, the food and atmosphere was everything we could hope for on a date night. Eden should be at the top of everyone's list.
